What it does

Planning

Plan the week.

Your whiteboard and your real work share one week. Jot a note, turn it into a job when you are ready, and drag it to another day when the press runs late.

A note is written on the planning board, a work order is dragged to another day, and the note becomes a work order.

Ferments

The stuck tank is the first thing you see.

Every ferment on one board, with the stuck ones first and the tanks that have not been read lately next.

Dosing

The grams to weigh, worked out.

Give a rate or a target. Cellrkit shows how close the wine is to its legal SO2 limit.

Traceability

Know what went into the wine.

Pick an ingredient and see which supplier batches were added and the route they took through your blends. If a supplier recalls a batch, the same records show which bottled wines it went into.

Ask

Just ask.

Tell Cellrkit what you did and it writes the record for you to check and confirm. Ask it a question and it answers from your records. In English or Afrikaans, at the desk or on the phone.

Every tank and barrel where it stands, how full it is, what is fermenting and what is stuck. Open a barrel and see which row it is in.

The cellar map shows the whole floor, moves in on the tank cellar, and a click on a tank shows its fill, its volume, its ferment and the wine in it.

Can I see it?

Yes. Every screen and recording on this page is the working product with our demonstration cellar. Bring a job or a question from your own cellar and we will show you how Cellrkit handles it.

Is it ready for a full vintage?

Cellrkit is built and running, but has not yet carried a real cellar through a full harvest. The first cellars are being approached directly, with setup and support from our team.

What does it not do?

Cellrkit covers production: planning the work, carrying it out and keeping the record. It does not make your statutory submissions, handle excise or do your accounting. Your cellar prepares its own paperwork, and the production records export for it.

Can I get my records out?

Yes. The reports export to CSV, so your production records leave Cellrkit in a form any spreadsheet opens.
